Settlement Expenses
The party shall bear the actual out-of-pocket expenses incurred by IIAM towards the negotiation-settlement initiatives.
Negotiation - Settlement Fee
The negotiation - settlement fee shall be fixed on mutual consensus at the time of entering into MOU, depending on the task to be carried out by IIAM.
For Deal-Mediations the fee will the same as mentioned in the Mediation Fee Schedule. |
